Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do you offer personal training near me?

If you live or work in West London and are interested in personal fitness training then we can help.

We take a flexible approach to training and one of our personal trainers can develop a training programme with you to use at home, hotel, the gym, our chiswick gym or outside.

Clients from Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush, Chiswick, Hyde Park, Ravenscourt Park, Fulham, Notting Hill, Kensington, Bayswater, Mayfair, Westbourne Grove, Holland Park, Kensington Olympia, St John’s Wood, Chelsea, Brook Green and beyond already benefit from our experience and you can too.

I’ve never had a personal trainer. Who is your typical client?

We have clients who start with a lack of activity or exercise and we train many for athletic events. Because of the wide variety of people who train with us, we take a truly individual approach to personal training.

Whatever your starting point, call us to see how we can help you.

How many times a week do I have to train?

Without being specific to any particular person and looking at very general goals to improve strength, cardio or endurance you would need to be training for an hour 3 times per week. With regards to having a personal trainer this wouldn’t mean you need someone with you for all of the sessions. That would be dependent on how disciplined you are in training outside of your sessions and how comfortable and competent you felt in performing your given programme without the coaching of your trainer.
