Bilal has an enthusiasm for exercise and fitness that is rarely surpassed. He lives the lifestyle and is completely dedicated. 8 years ago Bilal was studying engineering at university. During this time he was training and competing as a Thai kick boxer. Having always been active and finding he quickly dedicated himself to his own training he realized that his true calling was in the world of health and fitness. Bilal changed directions and became a personal trainer. 5 years later Bilal has a wealth of experience to go with his constantly expanding knowledge. As he grew in his career and life, getting married and his wife giving birth to their now one year old son, it gave him some first hand experience of how changes in circumstance and life could affect training regimes and making personal fitness a priority. With this in mind Bilal strives to make it easier for you to gain results. He does this by making sure he covers all angles of your nutrition and exercise so that you can enjoy your session and know that your personal training has been executed from a methodical, practical and knowledgeable place.
After working in the fitness industry Bilal has been able to identify what to study in order to offer his clients the best. With this in mind he has completed the GP Referral qualification, which gives him excellent knowledge of dealing with any exercise complications relating to illness or structural problems. As well as gaining extensive experience as a personal trainer one of his proudest achievements has been setting up a Thai boxing school whilst living in Jersey at the biggest sports facility in the UK.
