Is Sunday the start or the end of your week? At fitneessology we want to make it the start, kicking it off in the most positive and uplifting way.
We use the entire fitness studio to bring you a group workout that is fun, exciting and challenging. Using a huge array of equipment from dumbells to kettle bells, air bikes to rowers.
We do this once a week to give you the best workout possible.
Our fitnessology instructor will motivate and guide you to getting the most from your super circuit Sunday.
