Personal Marathon Coaching Programmes

The fitnessology marathon programmes are run by Simon Darius an experienced runner and coach who has competed in 10 marathons and in 2004 completed the London Marathon in a sub 3 hour time.

All training programmes start with an initial 60 minute consultation during where we will examine your medical history, discuss your lifestyle, evaluate your current training status and start putting together your training programme.

Basic Marathon

  • 60 minute consultation.
  • Month by month training plan supplied one 4 week block at a time.
  • Monthly 30 minute consultation to evaluate progress and review training.

Serious Marathon

  • 60 minute consultation.
  • Month by month training plan supplied one 4 week block at a time.
  • On going monitoring of your programme via a weekly email communication with your coach.
  • Monthly 30 minute consultation to evaluate progress and review training.
  • Inclusive personalised strength and conditioning plan to complement your running programme.

Premium Marathon

  • 60 minute consultation.
  • Month by month training plan supplied one 4 week block at a time.
  • Detailed weekly analysis, monitoring and feedback (via email) from your coach using smartphone apps to review mileage and pace.
  • Monthly 30 minute consultation to discuss progress and review training.
  • Inclusive personalised strength and conditioning plan to complement your running programme together with one inclusive personal training session a week
